How are points earned?

• Earn 1 point for every $1 spent on Lattice Gems website, latticegems.com
• Get 50 points for creating an account (welcome, newcomer!)
• Enter your birthday in the Rewards tab and receive 20 points just like that!
• Then, get 100 points on your BIRTHDAY!
• Have a bestie who is a crystal fan too? Now you get rewarded when sharing is caring! You get 200 points and your friend automatically gets 10% off their first order :)
• Share the wonderful Lattice Gems on social media (Facebook, Instagram and/ or Twitter) - and get 20 points for each social media platform!
• Subscribe to the Lattice Tribe newsletter and get 50 points!

That's a total of 440 points without even yet spending a single dollar!

I'm excited! What are the VIP Perks?

Once you've amassed your points (it's just so easy!), you can start redeeming them! Every perk helps you save as you grow your crystal collection, no matter how big or small! First, you can use points to pay for your purchases! 20 points = $1.

- 50 points: $5 off your order

- 150 points: $10 off your order

- 250 points: 15% off your order

- 300 points: $20 off your order

- 80 points: Free shipping on orders of any amount (great for orders below $99!)

- 100 points: Redeem a mystery crystal box

- Get double or triple the amount of points on special reward days! Check your email or Instagram for those super rewards!

Where do I find the rewards tab?

On the bottom right of your screen, regardless of whether you are using your laptop, tablet, or mobile phone, you should see a purple logo with a ribboned box.

(An example - it should appear sideways like this on your laptop)

Click on it and you will be able to toggle the tabs to start earning, claiming, or referring your crystal besties!
