Gobi Desert Agate Bracelet

Alashan Agate is found in the Gobi Desert which is in the Chinese part of Mongolia. This location used to be ocean billions of years ago. Approximately 80 million to one billion years ago, volcano eruptions created these beautiful stones. They were then buried in the sands of the Gobi Desert. For millions and millions of years, these stones were exposed to extreme heat and freeze and were carved and polished by the desert wind and sand. There are many forms of the Alashan Agate. The Candy Alashan are beautiful candy-like agates.
