b. Can I get free shipping?
Absolutely! Free shipping is eligible for all orders in the USA above $99. For all other countries, shipping is calculated upon checkout.
c. What is an open box?
Open box means you consolidate multiple crystal orders and ship them out to save on shipping, or to get free shipping. Here's how it works:
1. Place your order and select "Open Box" at check out
2. Pay for your crystal order
3. Shipping will not be calculated in your order and your order will be held (not shipped)
4. Place as many crystal orders as you want over time and when you are ready to ship, message us on Instagram @latticegems, use the chat function here on this website, or drop us an email email@example.com and we will ship your order.
5. If your total order is above $99, you are eligible for free shipping (US only)! Otherwise, shipping will be calculated.
6. This is a great way to consolidate multiple orders over time to get free shipping!
d. How do I change information about the order I have already placed?
Message us on Instagram @latticegems, or use the chat function here on this website, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We do not entertain exchanges or putbacks of crystals. Once the order has been marked as shipped, no changes can be made.
e. Can you wrap my order as a gift?
Of course! All of our packages are custom-wrapped in Lattice Gems branded packaging. We will also include a handwritten note to your recipient.
f. How do I know the status of my order?
Once you have placed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to track the status of your order. And when it is shipped, check your inbox for your tracking link and estimated delivery date of arrival!
